A: No — we supply it in bulk and keep costs low. It’s included with our managed service lease.

Q: Why use StepFresh if toilets are already cleaned daily?
A: StepFresh keeps the bowl clean and fresh all day between cleans — saving time, labour, and eliminating toilet brushes.  Having StepFresh installed is equivalent to having a cleaner manually scrub the toilet every 10 minutes.

Q: Does it need power?
A: No, StepFresh is entirely mechanical and uses a foot pump.
